We will work together to identify the unhealthy thought patterns that trigger and exacerbate your anxiety symptoms.

Equip: You’ll learn skills to take control of your thoughts. I’ll provide you with practical tools to manage your anxiety and negative thinking. This will help to build your confidence in yourself - that you can handle the next twist or turn in life without giving into the negative thinking spiral.

Maintain: Take the tools you’ve learned and generalize them to all aspects of your life. This stage of therapy may include decreasing sessions to help build your confidence and independence in dealing with anxiety and moving forward trusting that YOU CAN DO IT.
